Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Banana Appam Pancake:
- 1/2 cup jaggery
- 1 & 1/2 cup water
- 3 no. Ripe bananas
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup coconut powder
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp white seasome
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Ghee as per required

- slices Chopped Banana
- pieces Chopped almond and cashew nuts
- Black raisin

- First add jaggery and water to a pan and let the jaggery melt on a slow flame of gas. Until then, mash the bananas with a fork spoon. Now that the jaggery has run out of water, set it aside to cool.



- Now add rice flour, crushed coconut powder, cardamom powder, white sesame seeds, baking soda and baking powder to the mashed bananas and mix everything well.



- Now add the jaggery made in this mixer and make a thick batter ready.
