- 10 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 5 grams Katakuriko
- 1 tsp Dashi stock granules

- 1 Okonomiyaki sauce and takoyaki sauce

- Slice the body of the prepped squid into rounds, then cut into 1cm dice.
