  4. Heat a nonstick pan over low-medium heat. Each time before pouring pancake batter in a nonstick pan, apply very little oil with a brush and wipe over if excess oil.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter of pancake into the hot pan. Keep the gas on low flame. When pancake edges start to look dry, then flip it and cook another side. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
  6. While serving, pour honey over Pancakes.
