  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 cup maida flour
  4. 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. as required Ghee for deep frying
  7. 8-10 raisins

  1. Mix the milk, maida, fennel seeds, soaked raisins, and make a batter that has no lumps and is smooth. It should not be too thick or too thin. Adjust the flour quantity and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
