  14. 1 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
  15. as needed Water

  1. Take both the flours.
  2. In a big bowl add flours, oats, suji, chopped green chillies, ajwain and all masalas.
  3. Add chopped onions and tomato.
  4. Add water and make a thick batter and cover and keep it for 10 mins.
  5. Add little water to adjust the consistency. It should be flowy batter but not too watery.
  6. Take a non stick pan and put few drops of oil and pour some batter and spread it evenly and let it cook on medium flame. Once cooked turn and flip and cook from other side too. You can and any veggies of ur choice.
  7. Serve hot with chutney of ur choice.
