  3. To these add salt, turmeric, red chilli, coriander powders cut onions, fresh green coriander, green chillies cut with very little water and knead it.
  4. Finally add a dash of oil to make the kneaded dough smooth.
  5. Then take a tawa or frying pan and heat it on a medium flame.
  6. When the pan is hot,drizzle small tsp of oil to it. Meanwhile make small sized rotis out of the dough. Use a butter paper or brown paper to roll it out with your palm. Dip your fingers just in a water bowl which will help you roll out the thalipeeth.
  7. When the oil you have added sizzles get the gas on a low flame and lay the thalipeeth on the pan gently. Then get the flame back to medium. Beginners be careful when you lay the thalipeeth on the tawa or pan.
