- 50 gms chana (gram) Sattu
- 50-75 gms crushed Jaggery or to taste
- 1 tbsp coarse black pepper

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 tbsp coarse black cardamom
- 1 tbsp fennel
- 1 tbsp coloured fennel
- 4 bananas
- 3 tbsp honey or to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp desi ghee or as per required
- 1 cup milk or as per required
